Justin is the Co-Owner and Managing Broker of Monument Sotheby's International Realty Coastal Division. He has been involved in the real estate business since 1997 and has overseen the development and sales of over $3 billion worth of real estate development since joining Ocean Atlantic in 1999. Since Justin began managing the sales force, the team has grown from 2 to over 90 licensed agents. He has added two offices in Bethany Beach and Lewes to successfully serve all of coastal Delaware and Maryland. Sales volume has gone from approximately $5 million to over $460 million annually.
In 2008, he put together an acquisition of a competing real estate brokerage firm in order to affiliate with Sotheby's International Realty. He has served as a Managing Partner on several highly successful developments, including Creekwood, Oyster Bay Villas, North Village at The Villages of Five Points, and Central Self Storage-Rehoboth Beach.
In 2013, Justin was appointed by the Governor of Delaware, Jack Markell, to serve on the Delaware Real Estate Commission. He served as Chairman of the Real Estate Commission. Justin still loves putting together, developing, and advising on real estate deals and oversees about 600 successful real estate settlements a year.
Justin strives to give back and has been involved with countless local philanthropy efforts, including Sussex Academy, Rehoboth Beach Main Street, The Delaware Cancer Coalition, and The Sussex County Land Trust, to name a few. He is currently a board member for The Center for Inland Bays, The Motion Picture and Television Development Commission of Delaware, and The Fibrous Dysplasia Foundation.
When not in Rehoboth, he can be found on the slopes of Park City, Utah, or spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their three boys. He grew up in Stony Brook, New York, and graduated from the State University of New York College at Oneonta with a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics.
